Cancellation by Customer

Full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.

Partial refund (after deduction of service/transaction charges) if cancelled before the travel date as per package terms.No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or after the travel date has passed.

Cancellation by Company

If the trip/service is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (operational issues, weather conditions, or government restrictions), customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services like visa fees, insurance charges, and promotional bookings are non-refundable.
